  • In most cases, X-rays are not necessary unless we suspect something more serious or if you are not responding to care. This will all be discussed with you.

  • No. However, your recommendations will typically start with two appointments per week to facilitate improvements in your condition quicker.

  • Packages can be purchased during your appointment and shared with a family member or partner (£70 consultation required prior).

  • Yes. All we ask is that you provide 24 hours notice. This can be by text, WhatsApp or email. No shows will be charged at the standard price or £42 or at the cost of your chosen package.

  • Usually this is not required. If in the case we need to investigate an area further, you will be asked first and your consent will be gained.

  • Yes. It’s fine for you to bring along a relative or friend if it makes you feel more at ease.

  • Yes, we will undertake our appointments in a private room.

  • You can decide to stop your care at any time you like. However, we do ask that you inform us.

  • Chiropractic care is safe when performed by a trained and registered chiropractor.

  • You may hear clicking or popping noise which is perfectly normal and commonplace with chiropractic adjustments.

  • We will store your records for 8 years from the date of your last visit. This is in line with the requirements covered in the NHS Records Management Code of Practice.

  • If you have concerns regarding your experience with us, we encourage you to bring this to our attention so that we can resolve the issue ASAP.

  • There are many different chiropractic techniques. Some chiropractors perform with quick but firm manipulation, while others have a lighter touch or use an instrument.
